Welcome Back!
Please join us at Back to School night on Thursday, August 13th! There are two sessions: 5:00-5:30 pm, and 5:30-6:00 pm. Meet your teacher, drop off your supplies, and bring your own picnic to enjoy on the playground while you mingle with other Willow Creek Families from 5:30-6:30.
Monday, Aug 17: first day of school for grades 3, 4, and 5 ONLY
Tuesday, Aug 18: first day of school for grades 1 and 2 ONLY
Wednesday, Aug 19: ALL grades plus Pre-K

Complete Parent Forms for 2026-27 School Year
Visit the CCSD Back to School Hub for Parent Forms instructions and information about the first day of school, transportation, meals, and other districtwide services.
Parent Forms must be completed before the start of school.
School‑specific information, including school supply lists and Back‑to‑School events, can be found on your school’s website.
Summer Break and New Flooring!
Due to construction, the building will be closed from May 26th - August 4th, providing there are no delays. We will be checking voicemail regularly on our main line at 720-554-3900. Upon reopening, our summer hours are:
Aug 4 – 7, 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Aug 10 – 31, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Please note that some of the playgrounds may be unavailable during the summer for various maintenance projects and there will be no access to building bathrooms. Port-a-Potties will be on site but are for construction employees only due to OSHA regulations.
Back to School Resource Fair
Join us on Saturday, August 15 at Prairie Middle School for a day of free resources and support to help families prepare for a successful school year!
Free services and resources include:
- Vaccinations, sports physicals, and dental screenings
- School supplies and backpacks (while supplies last)
- Medicaid and CHP+ enrollment assistance
- District and community resources
PreK and Kindergarten Enrollment is Open

Student Payments Moved to MySchoolBucks
Starting March 23, 2026, all student fees and purchases are managed through MySchoolBucks (MSB) - the same system already used for meal payments. You can now view and pay meals and fees in one place.
